2026 Tuition
Our tuition covers the hours between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for 52 weeks in the year. NDLC is closed only 6 days a year (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th). Days before or after the holiday may have modified hours, typically an earlier closing time. Families may pick up any time and drop off at any time (with notification for drop-off after 9:30 a.m. and excluding VPK guidelines). Tuition payments are accepted monthly, semi-monthly, and bi-weekly also.

Tuition Assistance and School Readiness:
We gladly accept School Readiness certificates and tuition vouchers through the Early Learning Coalition of Duval County, as well as military tuition assistance programs such as MCCYN and Child Care Aware.
Parents with children enrolled through the School Readiness Program are responsible for paying the difference between the private pay rates and the School Readiness reimbursement rates.
Tuition Payments:
Tuition is charged at weekly rates if families choose to revert to weekly payments.
Non-Refundable Policy:
All fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or enrollment status.
Weekly Tuition Rates
**Full-Time Tuition Rates Only
At NDLC, we offer full-time weekly tuition rates only. Families are welcome to choose the attendance schedule that works best for them, whether their child attends a partial day, two days, three days, or five days per week. However, the weekly tuition rate remains the same regardless of the number of days or hours attended.
Drop-In Care
Drop-in care is generally reserved for siblings of currently enrolled students and may be available on an occasional basis if there is an open classroom spot at that time. Please reach out in advance to confirm availability for any requested drop-in days.
VPK-Only Program Fees Exclusion
Families enrolled in the VPK-only program are exempt from tuition and fees for the VPK instructional program. This applies only to children attending the free VPK program during NDLC’s scheduled VPK hours, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM on scheduled VPK days only, for the required 540 instructional hours during the school year, with no additional wraparound care or extended-day/wraparound program. VPK is a free program for eligible children, and VPK-only families are not charged registration fees, materials fees, or other required fees as a condition of VPK enrollment. VPK-only children may still participate in optional activities, such as graduation, when offered; however, participation remains optional.
