Thank you for your interest in joining our NDLC family! Finding the right school family is an important decision, and we want you to feel completely comfortable with us. Our goal is to build a trusting relationship from the very beginning and make the process as smooth as possible for your family.
We encourage you to schedule a tour of our facility at your earliest convenience. At New Dimensions Learning Center, we believe the best way for parents to make the right decision is to come in and see what we have to offer! We also recommend bringing your child so that you both can visit a classroom within their age group and get a feel for the environment.
Schedule a Tour
We offer tours Tuesday–Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Please let us know which day and time work best for you. If you need a tour outside of these hours, we are happy to accommodate by appointment to ensure a supervisor is available during our busier drop-off and pick-up times.
Enrollment & Attendance
Our center allows for flexible attendance days, but please note that we offer full-time rates only. To reserve a spot, please let us know your preferred enrollment time frame so we can check our upcoming availability. Your child’s start date or enrollment spot is secured only upon receipt of the registration fee and first week’s tuition, along with completed paperwork.
Spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend confirming your start date prior to payment, as openings may change quickly. If there isn’t an immediate opening, we can add your family to our “To Call List.” This is not a waiting list—families on this list are notified via email when a new opening becomes available and may then confirm interest for that specific date.
Tuition Assistance & School Readiness
We gladly accept School Readiness certificates and tuition vouchers through the Early Learning Coalition of Duval County, as well as military tuition assistance programs such as MCCYN and Child Care Aware. Families enrolled through the School Readiness Program are responsible for paying the difference between private pay rates and School Readiness reimbursement rates.
Tuition Payments & Policies
Tuition is billed at weekly rates for families who choose to revert to weekly payments.
We can also bill biweekly, semimonthly, or monthly for your convenience. Monthly tuition is calculated using the weekly rate multiplied by 4.33, which ensures a consistent monthly amount regardless of the number of weeks in each month. All fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or enrollment status.
Online Payments via MyProcare
New Dimensions Learning Center now offers MyProcare, a free online portal for you to access your account information and pay tuition online. MyProcare is safe, secure, and designed for your convenience.
To log in:
Go to MyProcare.com or click the MyProcare button below.
Enter the primary email address you have on file with NDLC and click Go.
Enter the confirmation code sent to your email, create a password, and press Go.
You may then use the “Pay” button to make a payment with your card.
Please note: MyProcare is provided solely for your convenience. NDLC still prefers check, cash, or bank bill pay for tuition payments. Monthly cash discounts are only available for families paying via cash, check, or bank bill pay.
